Meet the Founder & Principal Advisor

James Pease brings over 15 years of real-world ammunition manufacturing experience to the table. From brass and priming operations to loading lines, packaging, maintenance, and plant management, he understands the full production process from the ground up.

He works directly inside facilities to identify inefficiencies, fix operational breakdowns, and strengthen production systems. His focus is simple: increase output, reduce waste, improve safety, and keep lines running.

James isn’t a theory consultant — he’s a production-floor problem solver.
